We were under the direction of Miss Mowery in the kitchen. This delightful woman has been cooking at this school for 50 years.  She takes everything in stride.  Here she works with Marty Reed and Faye Dahlhammer cutting vegetables for stew.  Shirley and I also did some painting outside before it turned cold.
